When Pip, an elf working in Santa’s North Pole Post Room, discovers a letter from a worried child, he decides there’s only one thing to do... find some answers.

His search takes him around the North Pole where he meets Santa, Mrs Claus and a wonderfully quirky collection of elves. Along the way Pip discovers some very important things about family, love and what really makes somewhere feel like home.

Children are gently reminded that:

Throughout the book, beautiful hand-drawn Christmas illustrations bring the North Pole to life alongside a doodle of Pip as he ponders over the day's events at bedtime - they can even colour this in.

At the end, there’s a special letter from Pip, filled with reassurance and a little North Pole Christmas magic.
